Provides drop in and individual career counselling to the students with regards to wide range of career related queries.
Ensures placements of the students in international and local universities along with school career counsellors.
Execution calendar of activities and events for employers and universities, ensuring effective communication to students and staff.
Follow up with all educational/career fairs to promote the awareness of international, as well as, national opportunities.
Ensures the implementation of a standardized support system to provide personalized and individual counselling through career counsellors in schools to students, valuing and responding to the diversity and individual differences of students.
Coordination of all training plans for the development of career counsellors and manage the logistics of the programme.
Consolidates the market information, trends, and competitor developments in order to understand and disseminate market intelligence for students’ placements across the faculty.
Maintains records of all the stakeholders and career related activities as and when required.
