We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for blood collection, medical assisting, and ensuring accurate laboratory procedures. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Blood Collection & Sample Handling:

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection efficiently.

• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transportation of specimens.

✅ Medical Assisting & Patient Care:

• Provide comfort and reassurance to patients during procedures.

• Maintain accurate medical records and follow standard procedures.

✅ Laboratory & Medical Knowledge:

• Utilize medical terminology and lab skills effectively.

• Follow infection control and safety protocols to ensure a sterile environment.

Qualifications:

✔ Proficiency in blood collection and laboratory skills.
✔ Strong knowledge of medical terminology and assisting.
✔ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
✔ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Certification in Phlebotomy or a related field is a plus.
✔ Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
