Ghani Group is hiring a Personal Secretary to join its team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience in a similar administrative or executive support role and must demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

The Personal Secretary will play a vital role in managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and ensuring smooth workflow between internal teams and external stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Microsoft Excel) is essential for data management and reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Ensure effective internal and external communication on behalf of the executive.
  • Maintain confidential records and files, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
  • Assist in managing daily tasks, ensuring all deadlines and priorities are met.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and discretion.
  • Create and maintain structured records and filing systems for easy reference.

Requirements:
✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Secretary or in a related administrative role.
✔️ Proficient in MS Office with strong command over Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management.
✔️ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
✔️ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
