Personal Assistant To Director

 

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to provide administrative support mostly remotely, with occasional on-site work as needed. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings and appointments

Handle email and phone communication on behalf of the Director

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed

Organize travel arrangements and itineraries

Provide general administrative and clerical support

Occasionally work on-site at the office as required

 

Required Qualifications:

 

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

Professional demeanor and strong communication skills

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Bachelor's degree preferred
