As a Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-tier administrative support to our CEO. Your responsibilities will include managing communications, organizing schedules, and ensuring the CEO’s day-to-day operations run seamlessly. If you have a proven track record as a Personal Assistant, exceptional organizational skills, the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly, and experience as a Private Assistant to higher authorities, we invite you to apply. Responsibilities:

· Act as the first point of contact for the CEO with internal and external clients.

· Handle incoming requests and queries appropriately.

· Manage the CEO’s diary, schedule meetings, and appointments, providing timely reminders.

· Book and manage complex travel arrangements.

· Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system.

 

Qualifications:

· Education in any field of finance.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.

· Experience as a Private Assistant to higher authorities.

· Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
