Personal Assistant To Chief Executive Officer

 

Description:

We are looking for a Personal Assistant who will be responsible for providing

administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating travel

arrangements, and handling correspondence. The ideal candidate will have

excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to

maintain confidentiality.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Provide administrative support to the senior management team

- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and appointments

- Coordinate travel arrangements, book flights, and hotels

- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls

- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Develop and implement effective filing systems

- Perform other administrative tasks as required

 

Requirements:

 

- Bachelor's degree in any field

- 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a related field

- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Fluency in additional languages is a plus
