Personal Assistant To Chief Executive Officer

 

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to CEO. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and excel in communication, organization, and problem-solving. This role requires someone who can manage a wide range of administrative and personal tasks with the utmost professionalism and discretion.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

✔️Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

✔️Handle all communication on behalf of the CEO, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

✔️Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents for the CEO.

✔️Arrange and manage travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations.

✔️Attend meetings with the CEO, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.

✔️Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed, ensuring the CEO's time is optimized.

✔️Conduct research, compile data, and provide executive summaries on various topics as required.

✔️Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

✔️Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

✔️Coordinate and organize events, both corporate and personal, as required by the CEO.

✔️Perform any additional administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the CEO’s office.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

✔️3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive, preferably a CEO.

✔️Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

✔️Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.

✔️Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

✔️Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative.

✔️Professional demeanor with a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.

✔️Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively.

✔️Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle diverse tasks.
