Key Responsibilities:

 

Major Tasks:

  • E-commerce Management and Operations:
  • Oversee daily e-commerce activities and ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage online store platforms (e.g., Shopify).
  • Identify areas where freelance support is needed.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage freelancers for various projects.
  • Oversee the quality of work and ensure deadlines are met.

 

Minor Tasks:

  • Accounts and Bookkeeping:
  • Handle financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.

 

  • Supplier Communication:
  • Coordinate orders, ensure timely procurement of products, and resolve any supply issues.

 

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Strong experience and expertise in the e-commerce industry.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and its apps.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and management.
