Description:

As a Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our CEO by efficiently coordinating daily activities, facilitating business functions, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. This role demands strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and effective collaboration with team members.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain CEO's schedule, calendar, and meetings.

Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

Assist in business functions, including preparing reports and correspondence.

Track ongoing tasks and projects, ensuring follow-up and reporting progress as required.

Handle incoming communications, prioritize emails and phone calls effectively.

Conduct internet research and compile data to support decision-making.

Run errands and handle miscellaneous tasks to support CEO's daily activities.

Problem-solve and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Experience with social media marketing, platforms, and ecommerce is highly desirable.

Requirements:

Proactively set clear goals and expectations for performance.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity.

Monitor progress to ensure projects are completed within deadlines, consistently delivering high-quality results.

Analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

Provide daily reporting and maintain frequent communication.
