Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Founder. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, organizing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain the executive's schedule, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
· Act as the first point of contact for the executive, screening and prioritizing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
· Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed.
· Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and special events, including logistics, agendas, and materials.
· Conduct research and compile information as requested by the executive.
· Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
· Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed, including managing personal appointments and reservations.
· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors, on behalf of the executive.
· Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
Experience:
