Description:


The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for making the task done timely and efficiently, working on behalf of the director of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability when required.
  • Resolve complaints by jotting down and discussing them.
  • Send payment reminders
  • Process the orders.
  • Help customers with the registration process
  • Keeping a record of customer interaction
  • Give feedback from customers on the products and services
  • Give feedback to coaches
  • Do a survey from other team members about how to improve or if they have any complaints
  • Work with internal departments and convey the message to all.
  • Make a report, design an email draft, and respond if required.
  • Answer phone calls when required.
  • Organize and plan meetings.
  • Keep a to-do list up to date.
  • Make travel arrangements 
  • Organize events

Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least 2 to 3-year experience in the related field.
  • Must be Fluent in English
