Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Craft, implement, and manage performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including but not limited to PPC, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze campaign performance metrics, optimize strategies, and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI and drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Budget Management: Effectively manage and allocate marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource utilization and ROI.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to develop and execute content marketing plans that align with performance marketing goals.
• A/B Testing: Continuously test and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements to improve conversion rates and overall campaign performance.
• Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing to keep our strategies competitive.

Your Profile:

Proven Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in performance marketing, with a track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.

Creativity: Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
