Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including PPC, display advertising, social media, email marketing, and SEO.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels that drive engagement and conversions.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
- Implement A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to identify and scale successful marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPA, conversion rate, and ROI, and provide regular reports and insights to management.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, market trends, and industry best practices to achieve KPIs and business objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or digital advertising, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
- Proven track record of success in planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) to extract insights and inform decision-making.
- Expertise in audience targeting, keyword research, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Bitrix24) preferred.
