We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies, managing paid ad campaigns, and optimizing website performance for conversions and SEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
- Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta, and other advertising networks to achieve KPIs.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure to enhance organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and execute A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to optimize conversions.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze user behavior, identify bottlenecks in funnels, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Trends & Innovations: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing and performance optimization.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, including managing Google and Meta ad campaigns.
- Strong expertise in SEO strategies and tools.
- Proven experience in A/B testing and CRO practices.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and ad platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM and Automation tools (Like GHL) are a plus
