The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing digital campaigns to achieve business goals, with expertise in platforms such as Google, Meta (including WhatsApp), and TikTok. Strong analytical capabilities and e-commerce expertise are essential for this role, along with excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize digital campaigns to achieve business goals, focusing on metrics such as CTR, ROAS, and Funnel performance, particularly for the UK / USA market.
- Utilize platforms such as Google, Meta (including WhatsApp), and TikTok to execute performance marketing campaigns effectively.
- Leverage e-commerce platforms for marketing purposes, demonstrating significant expertise in e-commerce strategies and tactics.
- Analyze performance data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to improve campaigns, with a particular emphasis on the UK market.
- Manage budgets across digital channels, optimizing spend to maximize return on investment, with a strong focus on e-commerce effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, analytics, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
- Own and present work, results, and findings to higher management and clients, demonstrating strong presentation skills.
- Work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, effectively aligning marketing efforts with broader business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in performance marketing roles, with a focus on the UK / USA market and e-commerce.
- Proven track record in managing and optimizing digital campaigns to achieve business goals.
