Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Onsite Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at Saheliyan. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving online performance through data-driven strategies, particularly within the fashion and footwear industry. You will play a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and boost sales.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and other digital platforms) to maximize ROI and performance.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics, customer insights, and marketing data to refine strategies and generate actionable reports on the success of campaigns.
- Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with the design and web development teams to optimize website user experience and conversion rates (CRO).
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing for various ad creatives, landing pages, and call-to-action strategies to improve campaign efficiency.
- Budget Management: Plan and manage marketing budgets across all channels, ensuring cost-effective allocation of spend while achieving key business objectives.
- SEO & SEM Expertise: Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to improve organic search rankings and paid search performance.
- Product Launches: Drive performance marketing strategies for new product launches in the footwear and fashion category, ensuring the right mix of digital strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the content, creative, and e-commerce teams to create compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and campaigns that align with brand objectives.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with trends in the fashion and footwear industry, ensuring all campaigns are aligned with current consumer behavior and market demands.
- Must be able to Manage PR & Collaborations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the fashion, footwear, or e-commerce niche.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting.
- Proficiency in A/B testing, budget management, and optimizing digital campaigns for high performance.
- Experience with SEO/SEM strategies and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and the fashion industry.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
