Description:
As the Performance Marketing Lead at NY212, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion. You will leverage data-driven insights and innovative strategies to maximize the performance and ROI of our marketing initiatives across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
● Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Identify target audiences, channels, and tactics to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
● Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media, email marketing, and affiliate marketing. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling creative assets and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
● Data Analysis and Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI. Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement, adjusting campaign strategies and tactics as needed to maximize results.
● Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to optimize campaign performance and ROI. Track and report on campaign spending, performance, and ROI to executive leadership and stakeholders.
● Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, product, and analytics, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and priorities. Coordinate campaign launches, promotions, and events to maximize impact and results.
● Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. Continuously evaluate and test new tools, tactics, and strategies to drive innovation and improve campaign performance.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
● Proven track record of at least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, campaign management, and optimization.
● Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
● Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
● Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving measurable results and achieving business objectives.
