Performance Marketing Executive

 

Description:

The ideal candidate should have a proven successful hands-on experience in managing performance media across search and social platforms with a strategic vision on how to deliver client’s business objectives incorporating the latest media trends and formats available on the market for brands. The candidate needs to be a numbers-oriented person with an analytical mind so he can make the right decisions for their client. The candidate will be fully involved in the day-to-day conversation with clients and help them grow in the digital/performance space.

 

Candidate is responsible for developing and delivering a range of performance marketing products, creating & delivering performance marketing strategies, optimizing performance media to deliver business objectives, managing campaign reporting and analysis.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive paid search and paid social media strategy that aligns with the brand's objectives and target audience.
  • Identify new performance opportunities and trends specific to the brand market.

Campaign Management:

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid search and paid social media campaigns across all performance platforms (Google, Meta, , LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels)
  • Monitor performance and come up with strategies to achieve and overachieve the media targets.
  • A/B test ads to determine the best performing approach.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Analyze campaign performance data to draw insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide regular reports on KPIs, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.

Coordination with Performance Marketing Team:

  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, from asset delivery to post-campaign analysis.
  • Conduct quality checks on the work delivered by the team, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Address any challenges promptly, ensuring campaigns run seamlessly.
  • Collaborate on streamlining processes and improving efficiency in campaign execution.

 

Continuous Learning:

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in paid social media advertising.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in paid social media advertising, with a preference in e-commerce.
  • Proficient in using performance advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Linkedin etc) and analytics tools (Google Analytics 4).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
