Description:
We are looking for a Performance marketing analyst who will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing insights that inform our growth and paid ads initiatives. You will also be involved in executing growth experiments and measuring their impact. You'll wield your analytical skills to optimize campaigns, manage our influencer pool, and drive key metrics across social media, YouTube, and SEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Come up with creative hacks and innovative strategies to drive key metrics across all channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, content, design) to achieve marketing goals.
- Set up and optimize paid advertising campaigns across relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to achieve target metrics (e.g., leads, conversions)
- Design and implement engaging creatives for performance campaigns
- Analyze key marketing metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on performance marketing trends and best practices
- Collaborate with influencers to develop engaging content (e.g., social media posts, YouTube videos) aligned with brand goals
- Analyze influencer performance based on engagement, reach, and sales metrics
- Understand and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., followers, engagement, reach)
- Develop and implement strategies to grow our social media presence
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines
- Track and analyze website traffic and performance through web analytics tools
Qualifications and Experience
- An undergraduate degree
- Proven experience in both performance marketing and influencer marketing (1+ year preferred)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics)
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
- Good understanding of social media marketing and algorithms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
