About the Role:
We are seeking a Performance Marketer who can design, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns that drive measurable results — leads, revenue, and ROI.
You will own the end-to-end performance of our paid channels, helping fuel Zylo’s growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Analyse campaign performance daily and continuously A/B test creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, etc.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently and maximise ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-converting ads and landing pages.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, learnings, and next steps.
- Keep up-to-date with performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Explore new channels for scaling growth (e.g., TikTok, YouTube Ads).
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of proven hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns.
- Strong command over Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager.
- Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of key performance metrics: CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, etc.
- Comfortable with budget handling from $5k to $50k+/month.
- Bonus: Knowledge of SEO, Email Marketing, Retargeting Strategies, and Marketing Automation.
- An analytical mindset and obsession with results.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
