Key Responsibilities:

🎯 Manage audience segmentation, A/B testing, and ad performance analytics.
📈 Analyze data-driven insights to maximize ROI and drive conversions.
🤝 Collaborate with creative and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
📢 Stay ahead of platform trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience in Meta Ads & Google PPC.
✅ Proficient in ad management tools & analytics platforms.
✅ Strong analytical skills & a data-driven mindset.
✅ Fluent English communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:

📅 Monday - Friday
⏰ 5 PM – 2 AM

Training & Probation:

📌 3 days training
📌 10 days partially paid probation
📌 Finalization for on-site work
