We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing performance marketing campaigns, optimizing ad spend, and achieving measurable outcomes for a variety of clients. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and from our offices in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Budget Management: Effectively allocate and manage campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign metrics, creating detailed reports with actionable insights.
- A/B Testing: Conduct experiments to enhance ad performance, including creative and copy variations.
- Audience Targeting: Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies to optimize campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work with creative, SEO, and development teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals and branding.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on the latest industry trends and tools.
- Optimization: Continuously refine strategies to improve key performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and CPA.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of performance marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, SEMrush, and similar.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Proven success in driving ROI-focused campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and their integration with paid strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
