We’re currently looking for a Performance Analyst to join our Paid Media team. This role will be based in our Karachi office (currently remote) and offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects with global brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage campaigns across Google Ads and Social Ads (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn etc) independently and confidently.
- Analyze campaign results and translate data into actionable insights for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Optimize Search and Social Media campaigns using expertise in bid strategies, audience targeting, and campaign structures.
- Take a lead role in budget planning and management across multiple markets and platforms, aligning with client KPIs.
- Utilize tools like Google Keyword Planner, YouTube Planner, and Facebook Campaign Planner for strategic campaign planning.
- Develop and implement test-and-learn frameworks, including A/B testing across platforms.
- Up to date knowledge of best practices across platforms & serve as the team’s go-to expert for platform-specific technical queries
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-4 years’ experience in performance marketing (paid search & paid social).
- Exceptional attention to detail with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and effective communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Proactive problem solver with a curious, growth-oriented mindset.
- Experience in managing day-to-day client communications and nurturing long-term relationships.
Technical Expertise:
- Google Analytics: Confident in pulling reports and deriving actionable insights.
- Google Ads & Meta Business Manager: Advanced knowledge for building campaigns, pulling reports, and running scripts.
- Ads Editor: In-depth working knowledge for independent campaign management.
- Excel: Advanced skills in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and concatenate functions.
- PowerPoint/Google Slides: Skilled in creating visually compelling presentations.
