Description:
As a People Operations Manager at DevCause, you will be responsible for:
Technical Recruitment & Talent Acquisition 🌐
- Develop recruiting strategies and create engaging job descriptions
- Source and screen applicants, conduct interviews and assessments
- Design compensation and benefits packages and maintain records
- Attend job fairs, hiring events, and industry networks
Onboarding 🚀
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Provide orientation sessions covering company culture

- Uphold and promote the organization's culture, values, mission and purpose
- Implement strategies for a positive workplace culture that promotes a sense of belonging
Engagement & Retention 🤝
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction

- Develop and manage employee recognition programs
Feedback & Surveys 📝
- Facilitate regular employee feedback mechanisms
Performance Management & Development 📈
- Collaborate with managers on employee performance management
- Design and implement employee training programs
Wellness & Work-Life Balance Programs 🌱
- Implement wellness initiatives and work-life balance programs to support well-being
Legal Compliance & Employee Relations ⚖️
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company policies
- Handle employee relations matters and addressing concerns
Policy Development and Implementation 📝
- Develop, update, and implement company policies
- Regularly monitor and assess employee compliance with policies
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Initiatives 🌍
- Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
Analytics & Reporting 📊
- Utilize analytics to assess key metrics
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to inform decision-making
Employee Advocacy 📣
- Advocate for employees' needs and concerns to the leadership team
- Ensure that decisions and policies consider the well-being and satisfaction of our people

Requirements
To be a People Operations Manager at DevCause, you must have:
Experience 🏅
- 3+ years of experience in people operations
Empathy & Leadership 🤝
- Fusing understanding and compassion for employee’s concerns with the ability to inspire and lead teams, driving HR initiatives and cultivating a positive work culture
Qualification 🎓
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Knowledge 📚
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and compliance
- Familiarity with modern HR technologies and tools
Skills 💪
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with our people at all levels
- Effective verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
