Basecamp Data is seeking a People & Culture Reward and Organizational Design Specialist to join our HR team and drive impactful initiatives in policy design, organizational development, HR technology, and rewards. Key Responsibilities:

Policy Design: Develop, review, and implement inclusive and modern People & Culture policies that align with business strategies
HR Technology Implementation: Work closely with IT and ERP teams to optimize and deploy HR systems that improve efficiency
Organizational Design: Assist in workforce planning, job architecture, and role mapping to establish scalable organizational structures
Rewards and Compensation: Develop and implement competitive compensation, benefits, and performance-based reward strategies
Presentation Development: Create engaging presentations that translate complex HR data into actionable insights for leadership

Who We Are Looking For:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Development (Master’s degree preferred)
✔️ 3–4 years of experience in HR, specializing in policy design, organizational development, and rewards
✔️ Strong knowledge of HR policies, organizational design principles, and compensation strategies
✔️ Proficiency in ERP systems, HR technology platforms, and Google Suite
✔️ Behavioral strengths in Strategic Planning, Results Orientation, and Effective Communication
