Role Overview:

 

The People & Culture Manager will be responsible for enhancing our company culture, improving employee engagement, and supporting our recruitment and development efforts. You will collaborate with leadership to align people strategies with our business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Manage recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Identify training needs and create development programs for employees.
  • Oversee performance management processes and provide support to managers.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within the organization.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local regulations.
  • Address employee relations issues and support conflict resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, focusing on culture and employee engagement.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws in Pakistan.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
