Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled PCB Designer/Layouter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience (more is welcome) in designing printed circuit boards (PCBs) and will be proficient in using electronic design tools. This position offers the opportunity to work on exciting international projects and collaborate with a team of industry experts and designers.

Job Description:

• Read datasheets thoroughly to comply with design functionality.
• Perform schematic capture/design and PCB layout using industry-standard design tools such as Altium Designer, Eagle, or KiCad.
• Design, and develop PCB layouts for various electronic products, ensuring they meet all technical requirements and design specifications.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to understand design requirements and constraints.
• Generate Production/Manufacturing files, Gerber, assembly drawings, and other documentation necessary for PCB fabrication and assembly.
• Work closely with manufacturing partners to address any issues related to PCB fabrication and assembly.

Required Skillset:

• Attention to detail. Care for aesthetics.
• Solid fundamental understanding of analog, digital, mixed-signal, power circuits.
• Good understanding of layer stack management and design rules.
• Understanding of high-speed layouts (USB/MIPI/Ethernet/SDIO).
• Knowledge of antenna layouts.
• Can conduct design reviews and provide meaningful suggestions to ensure the quality and integrity of PCB designs.
• Preferred: Experience with signal integrity analysis and high-speed PCB design.
• Preferred: Familiarity with simulations, mechanical design, and 3D CAD software.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in PCB design. More experience is welcome.
