Payroll Analyst

Description:

We currently have an opportunity for a Payroll Analyst with 3+ years of experience, reporting to the U.S. Senior Manager, Global Payroll. The successful candidate will have previous experience with United States payroll standards, including, special payments, taxable benefits, standard and non-standard deductions. This role will service 1,000 plus employees across multiple business units, ensuring the proper and timely execution of a semi- monthly payroll and managing payroll inbox on a daily basis.

What You'll Do
 

• Workday/ADP Integration audits and related actions with HR/WD teams
• Maintain ADP time tracking system.
• Update 401k changes in ADP.
• Run ADP payroll reports for other departments.
• Review the new hires in the ADP system and turn off benefits for terminated employees.
• Respond to verification of employment requests.
• Manage payroll inbox.
• Set up new tax jurisdictions for local and state.
   

What We're Looking For
 

• 3 + years of experience as a payroll professional
• Experience in data collection, entry, and reporting with great attention to detail and confidentiality
• Great understanding of United States payroll principles, calculations, taxes, and benefits
• Computer savvy with knowledge of ADP Workforce Now software or similar systems
• High School diploma, degree or equivalent
• Fluent in English
