Patient Service Executive

Description:

To handle (JDs):

• Patient scheduling/ Appointment confirmation
• Prescription refill request
• Prior Authorizations
• Eligibility verifications
• And assisting patients with their inquiries.
• Tasks Assigned By the Supervisor

Candidate Must have:

• At Least a Bachelor's Degree
• 1 to 2 Years of Relevant Experience (Experience in Medical Billing Will be a Plus)
• Knowledge About the EHRs & PMs will be Preferred.
• Good Research Skills (Good at Problem-Solving)
• A will to Learn and to Grow.
