Description:

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating patient care by coordinating preventive care, managing medical records, and ensuring smooth operations within a healthcare setting.

 

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage patient appointments with efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain quality reporting systems.
  • Work closely with the Compliance Manager and Quality Measure Manager.
  • Stay updated on healthcare regulations and best practices.

Requirements

  • Medical background is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; O/A Level Cambridge Studies preferred, along with a good American accent.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Urdu) is required.
  • Availability to work according to Eastern Standard Time Zone (USA).
  • Experience in quality improvement or healthcare coordination.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, professional email composition, and general computer skills.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems, medical office procedures, and terminology.
  • Strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Personal laptop/computer
