Description:
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating patient care by coordinating preventive care, managing medical records, and ensuring smooth operations within a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage patient appointments with efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain quality reporting systems.
- Work closely with the Compliance Manager and Quality Measure Manager.
- Stay updated on healthcare regulations and best practices.
Requirements
- Medical background is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; O/A Level Cambridge Studies preferred, along with a good American accent.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Urdu) is required.
- Availability to work according to Eastern Standard Time Zone (USA).
- Experience in quality improvement or healthcare coordination.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, professional email composition, and general computer skills.
- Familiarity with EHR systems, medical office procedures, and terminology.
- Strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
