Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Partnerships Manager to lead our strategic alliances and business relationships. This role involves identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships that drive growth, enhance our brand presence, and create mutually beneficial value. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of market trends and partnership strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities in line with the company’s strategic goals.
- Build, nurture, and manage relationships with partners to create long-term, collaborative engagements.
- Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and meet the company’s objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Legal, to execute partnership initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase the reach, engagement, and revenue from partnerships.
- Monitor partnership performance and analyze KPIs to assess effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify new partnership opportunities.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership to communicate partnership progress, challenges, and successes.
- Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and events to establish connections and enhance visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales, with a proven track record of successfully managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with key stakeholders.
