We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnership Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with partners in the fintech industry, ensuring alignment with our internal goals, and delivering exceptional experiences to our partners. This role requires a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
- Identify and source partnership opportunities through various interactions within the fintech industry.
- Conduct thorough research on potential partners, identify key players, and generate interest.
- Collaborate with senior management and other marketing team members to align internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.
- Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with the company’s contract guidelines and policies.
- Represent our brand and serve as the primary liaison for our partners, ensuring a great experience when working with our organization.
- Maintain strong ongoing relationships with current partners and explore new opportunities for partnership growth.
- Assist the Partnership Manager in various tasks as needed.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written.
- Advanced time management skills and self-discipline.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in forex, online gaming, or crypto exchanges.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
