Description:
Waada Digital is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Partnerships Development Manager to join our
Operations team. The ideal candidate will manage partnerships end-to-end, whether with telcos, banks,
or other strategic partners. This role requires an individual with excellent interpersonal skills, strategic
business acumen, and the ability to drive teams forward.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of partnerships, from initiation to execution, ensuring all goals are met.
- Identifying and developing partnerships for the Waada Digital involving researching and understanding the partner's business, their goals, and their needs to determine how the partnership can be mutually beneficial.
- Leverage strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain successful relationships with key stakeholders, including telcos, banks, and other partners.
- Maintaining partnerships with partners by ongoing communication, monitoring performance, and ensuring that the partnership is meeting both parties' expectations.
- Collaborate effectively with various internal teams and departments to ensure smooth partnership operations and drive cross-functional success.
- Representing the company to external partners and stakeholders, attending conferences and events to build relationships and promote the company's brand.
- Utilize strong business acumen and operational expertise to think strategically, make data-driven decisions, and maneuver challenges to achieve business objectives.
- Analyzing partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for adjustments to agreements or strategies as needed.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in partnership management, sales, or a related field, with a preference for candidates with insurance experience.
