As a Partnerships Associate at Dot & Line, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with external organizations and key stakeholders within the Education sector and beyond. You will work closely with our teacher recruitment team, student success team and academic counselors to identify, develop, and nurture strategic alliances that create awareness, lead generation and revenue growth for Dot & Line locally in Pakistan, as well as global markets. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, a passion for executing mutually beneficial partnerships and thrives on connecting with people.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Generation and Outreach - Identify and reach out to potential partners through emails, calls, and in-person meetings. Creating a pipeline of prospective partnerships for Dot & Line.
- Proposal and Pitch Development - Create compelling partnership proposals and presentations prior to scheduling a Discovery call. Tailor pitches to address the specific needs and interests of the relevant vertical at Dot & Line as well as potential partners.
- Drafting & Negotiating Contracts - Draft and finalize partnership agreements when necessary.
- Relationship Management - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners and be the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and concerns.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting - Identifying key performance indicators to measure the success of each partnership to be presented on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Event Participation - Represent Dot & Line at events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build a funnel for new partnerships and strengthen existing ones.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- A Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- 1 to 2 years of work experience. Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or related roles.
- Strong negotiation and pitching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
