The Impact: As a Paid Media Specialist for S&P Global Market Intelligence, you will partner with solutions marketers to develop paid media campaigns across a complex portfolio of solutions spanning across segments and personas.

You will assist in delivering successful campaigns for lead generation, nurture, and conversion across various channels for many product lines across the division. You will also help optimize a paid media budget across Paid Search and Display, including a robust Google media program, Bing, and programmatic activity.

Responsibilities

In this paid media role, you will work within the marketing mix with an emphasis on lead-generation activities to drive customer acquisition and the sales funnel. This will include the following areas:

Stakeholder Management
 

  • Work closely and align with multiple external vendors, including digital marketing agencies.
  • Monitor the digital marketing budget to achieve customer acquisition targets.
  • Management of a large network of relationships with marketing operations and segment marketers.
     

Brand and Strategy
 

  • Work closely with a large team of marketing generalists to activate paid media campaigns.
  • Campaign development and management with a critical focus on strategy that drives customer acquisition and sales success.
     

Campaign Activation
 

  • Develop Paid media campaigns alongside our agency and Head of Paid Media.
  • Share guidance for SEO keyword research and strategy.
  • Work closely with the Content team to offer insights on content strategy / CX and UX guidance for best user experience.
     

Analytics and Reporting
 

  • Test A/B and multivariant testing in creative, audiences, content, and forms
  • Digital analytics, conversion optimization, and pipeline analysis
  • Communication of key metrics and performance to internal stakeholders, including recommendations for improvements during office hours and QBR presentations
  • Identify and test new digital channels and platforms
  • Manage and monitor self-service reporting tools
  • Monthly paid media reports on performance, Big Impact Campaign performance wrap-ups and ad-hoc requests
     

What We’re Looking For

Key Requirements

You Will Require

You will be an experienced marketing specialist with excellent digital marketing skills and expertise around lead generation in digital and direct channels.
 

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • 2+ years’ marketing experience in digital channels – digital agency experience desirable.
  • Strong digital marketing, CRM, and lead management skills including website and digital campaigns.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and drive
  • A high standard for project management
  • Strong presentation skills, written, and verbal communication skills
