Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Paid Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, and a passion for staying updated with industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases for PPC campaigns. Continuously optimize keyword lists based on performance.
Ad Copy and Creative: Develop compelling ad copy and creative that align with campaign objectives and resonate with the target audience.
Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns stay within budget constraints while maximizing ROI.
Bid Management: Monitor and adjust bidding strategies to achieve campaign goals, such as improving click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.
A/B Testing: Implement A/B tests to optimize ad elements, including headlines, ad copy, images, and landing pages.
Conversion Tracking: Set up and maintain conversion tracking and implement tracking pixels to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyze campaign performance data and provide detailed reports with insights and recommendations for improvements.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor advertising strategies and adjust campaigns accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new advertising features and tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in managing paid digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising.
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant tools.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
