Packaging Designer

BiztekApps is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer to design packaging, labels, and custom boxes that enhance product appeal and maintain brand consistency. This role requires a blend of artistic vision and technical expertise to create high-quality, production-ready designs that stand out in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

🎨 Design & Development:

• Create visually appealing and functional packaging designs for various products.
• Develop innovative concepts that align with brand identity and industry trends.
• Produce mockups and prototypes to test and refine packaging ideas.

📦 Material & Production Collaboration:

• Work with manufacturers to select appropriate materials for packaging.
• Prepare production-ready dielines, specifications, and technical files.

📊 Trend & Competitor Analysis:

• Stay updated on packaging trends, materials, and printing techniques.
• Conduct competitor research to develop unique and competitive design ideas.

📅 Project Management:

• Handle multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ 1-2 years of experience in packaging design or a related field.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related discipline.
✔ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools.
✔ Strong knowledge of layout, color theory, typography, and printing processes.
✔ Excellent creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
✔ Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently.

Work Schedule & Additional Requirements:

✅ Work Type: On-Site (Defence Moor, Walton Road, Lahore)
✅ Job Timings: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday – Friday)
✅ Ability to commute to the office for night shift.
