Description:
A growing BPO startup with a team of 200+ IT professionals specializing in AI Data Solutions, IT Services, Creative Services, and Accounting & Bookkeeping is seeking an Outreach Specialist to generate leads and acquire clients/projects from platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and Monday.com.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients, particularly AI and data annotation companies.
- Generate leads and secure projects through Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Fiverr, and other platforms.
- Maintain strong client relationships and handle communications professionally.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to improve client conversions.
- Report on outreach performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition (preferably in AI/data services or IT).
- Strong knowledge of Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other freelancing platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
