Outbound Sales Specialist

We are looking for talented and experienced Outbound Callers to join our expanding team. As an Outbound Caller, you will play a critical role in our customer engagement process. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, conduct surveys, answer inquiries, and provide information about our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Conduct surveys and gather information.
• Answer inquiries and provide product/service information.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations in our database.
• Achieve weekly and monthly call quotas.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up as needed.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 months of outbound calling experience.
• Professional command of spoken English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
• Results-driven and target-oriented.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
