Outbound Sales Representative

Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Calling clients and potential customers to inform them about the services offered.

• Market Research to develop warm leads

• Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives

• Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.

• Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.

• Following up complicated customer calls where required.

• Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.

• Attend trainings to stay up to date with the specifications of new service offerings

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous working experience as an Outbound Sales Representative

• Graduation in Marketing or similar/relevant field

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

• Networking aptitude
