Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Calls:
- Initiate outbound sales calls to potential customers in the Canada and US markets.
- Present and promote our products/services, emphasizing their features and benefits.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition and tailor sales pitches to address customer needs.
Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive outbound prospecting.
- Collaborate with marketing and other teams to leverage inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and sales activities.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Address customer inquiries, provide information, and offer solutions to meet their needs.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the features, benefits, and specifications of our products/services.
- Provide detailed and accurate information to customers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the offerings.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on market insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. English is a must-have.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of the Canada and US markets is a plus.
- High level of self-motivation and resilience.
