This is a full-time on-site role for an Outbound Sales Call Specialist - Academic Counsellor at Boston Institute of Analytics - DHA Lahore located in Lahore District. The role involves making outbound sales calls, providing academic counseling to potential students, and promoting BIA training programs.
Job Description:
- 150+ outbound calls to prospective leads to counsel them about BIA and SP programs
- Counselling & guidance to new & prospective students
- Lead the sales process, establish contact, call and meet prospective students
- Be the first point of contact for all sales-related queries and communication
- Explain course details to students/parents
- Provide guidance to students and parents on career decisions
- Give presentation to prospective clients in education sector like colleges and universities
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Prepare and maintain a master database of all prospects and their contacts
- Responsible for day-to-day activities of centre, coordinating lectures between trainers and students
- Plan, manage and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SMM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Plan and monitor the ongoing brand presence on social media.
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook, etc. to increase brand awareness
- Prepare promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Run ads and campaigns on digital platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Google.
- Establish and maintain active social media accounts and increase regular traffic and engagement, including special event marketing such as seminars, workshops, meetups, etc.
- Working on comment moderation, consumer interaction, and diffusing any online issues (complaints, issues, etc.)
- Perform data driven lead generation via social media campaigns
- Creating weekly reports of client and competitor social activities
- Researching relevant industry and market developments

- Entrepreneurial and Positive / can-do attitude with high integrity, values, professionalism & office etiquates
- Strong management capabilities
- Min. 1-2 years of sales / ed-tech experience, Google AdWords and Facebook Ads Manager, social media
- Bachelor’s degree in related stream from reputable institute
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
