Outbound Cold Calling Specialist

 

Description:

• Conduct outbound prospecting efforts to generate leads and set appointments with decision-makers.

• Perform cold calls and follow-ups with potential clients, primarily targeting service based businesses.

• Research and identify new potential business opportunities using online platforms and other databases.

• Effectively communicate Maddex’s value proposition and how our services can help clients increase their leads, customer base, and call.

• Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and setting up meetings for the sales team.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.

• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and achieve sales targets.

• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and services offered by Maddex to better articulate our solutions.

• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and appointment-setting goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Outbound Sales Representative, Cold Caller, or similar sales/customer service role.

• Experience with cold calling and lead generation in the US market, preferably with small business owners.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a hunter mentality.

• Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and maintaining organized records of sales activities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Experience or interest in the digital marketing industry is a plus.
