We are looking for a dedicated Order Taker to manage retail and wholesale orders efficiently. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and our team.

Responsibilities:

• Take and process orders from retail and wholesale customers.
• Maintain accurate records of orders and customer details.
• Coordinate with the sales and warehouse team for timely deliveries.
• Assist customers with product information and pricing.
• Handle order-related queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Matric or Intermediate education.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of order processing and sales.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
