As an Order Management Specialist - Operations, you will be given an opportunity to utilize your expertise here at Motive. You will be helping our operations department with Sales order completion, Order Form generation and everything which is relevant to processing sales orders/Deals.
What You'll Do
- Manage complete Quote to Cash cycle
- Order Creation and Completion
- Order Cancellation.
- Account Renewals
- Sending Out Replacement Orders
- Contract Buyout Quotes.
- Opportunity Stage Amendments.
- Package Upgrade/Downgrade
- Vendor Finance deals
- Account Audits
- Account Mergers
- Liaising with other departments to resolve cases
What We're Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline, preferably business or supply chain
- Strong Business Communication Skills in English
- 1+ years professional work experience.
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Knowledge and experience of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Prefer experience working with ERP systems.
- Very organized, meticulous, and detailed in entering information.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities with special attention to accuracy and detail.
- Self-starter with a proven ability to take ownership of job responsibilities and ensure successful completion of all projects and requests.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in high volume workload situations.
