Steps Ahead is looking for passionate and result-driven professionals to join their team as Order Bookers in Lahore. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in a dynamic field environment and have experience or interest in FMCG sales.

As an Order Booker, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships with general and grocery store owners within the designated areas of Lahore, including Kahna, Gajjumata, Johar Town, Sanda, and Chaburji. Your core responsibilities will include achieving monthly sales targets by booking orders, providing exceptional customer service, and keeping detailed records of sales, customer feedback, and competitor activities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong grasp of the local language, and a proactive attitude toward exceeding sales expectations. While prior experience in FMCG order booking or sales is preferred, ambitious candidates meeting the education criteria (minimum Matric/F.A./FSc) are welcome to apply.

This position offers a competitive salary of PKR 37,000, along with additional benefits such as a fuel allowance, performance incentives, life insurance, medical coverage, gratuity, and EOBI.
