This role involves managing HR processes, automating workflows, and implementing Oracle HCM modules to streamline recruitment, payroll, and workforce management.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure Oracle HCM modules like Core HR, Talent Management, and Payroll to optimize HR workflows.
  • Automate HR tasks using BPM tools to enhance data accuracy and reduce manual effort.
  • Maintain and enhance Oracle Fusion Security configurations, roles, and data access policies.
  • Develop reports in OTBI to track workforce utilization and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory standards.

 

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM modules and BPM tools.
  • Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and reporting tools like OTBI.
  • Familiarity with project-based HR workflows.
