Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financial Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion Financials and possess the ability to provide expert advice on implementing and optimizing financial solutions. As an Oracle Fusion Financial Consultant, you will play a key role in understanding business requirements, configuring the system, and providing ongoing support to ensure the successful implementation of Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
*Responsibilities:*
1. *Requirements Gathering:*
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements related to financial processes and reporting.
2. *Implementation:*
- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Financial modules to align with business needs.
- Provide expertise in areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and other related modules.
- Ensure successful integration of Oracle Fusion Financials with other enterprise systems.
3. *Training and Support:*
- Conduct end-user training sessions to educate teams on system functionality and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing issues, resolving problems, and optimizing system performance.
4. *Testing:*
- Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and ensure accuracy of financial data.
5. *Documentation:*
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes.
6. *Collaboration:*
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and functional consultants, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
7. *Stay Updated:*
- Stay abreast of Oracle Fusion Financials updates and new features.
- Continuously enhance knowledge through training and certifications.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion Financial Consultant with a focus on implementation and support.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Relevant Oracle certifications are a plus.
