Description:

Sharp Brains Global is hiring an Oracle Developer to support and maintain in-house business applications, develop enterprise-class applications, optimize database performance, and support functional and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Business Applications Development & Support:
✔ Develop business applications using Oracle technologies (10g, 11i, etc.).
✔ Create and maintain complex SQL/PLSQL, stored procedures, and packages.
✔ Develop and optimize business application reports.
✔ Support and maintain Warehouse Management & Finished Goods Inventory Applications.
✔ Conduct functional, technical, and non-functional testing (Whitebox, Blackbox, Integration Testing).
✔ Apex development (Forms, Reports, Dashboards).
✔ Optimize SQL queries and running reports for daily business operations.
✔ Develop, validate, and maintain enterprise-class applications written in Oracle PL/SQL.
✔ Perform database module modeling using Ervin and other tools.
✔ Work on customized workflow development.
✔ Perform Oracle Objects performance tuning & optimization.

🖥 HHD Application Support:
✔ Conduct internal testing of application releases received from vendors.
✔ Provide user support for functional and data-uploading issues.
✔ Develop customized reports based on application data.
✔ Support TMX application development with third parties.
✔ Assist in Retailer Application development and validation.
✔ Define promotions as per business needs (24x7 support).

📊 Other Responsibilities:
✔ Entertain ad-hoc queries based on user requirements.
✔ Provide end-user training for in-house applications.
✔ Periodically upload data into databases from flat files.
✔ Maintain documentation of software development and changes.
✔ Troubleshoot and debug applications.
✔ Utilize Linux Shell Scripting to call database procedures and functions for OS-level integrations.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

✔ Technical Expertise:
🔹 Strong knowledge of Oracle Technologies (10g, 11i, etc.).
🔹 Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, and packages.
🔹 Experience in Apex development (Forms, Reports, Dashboards).
🔹 Familiarity with Oracle Workflow customization and database module modeling.
🔹 Proficiency in Linux Shell Scripting.
🔹 Experience in performance tuning of Oracle Objects and SQL queries.
