Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Oracle database schemas, tables, procedures, and functions.
• Design and implement Oracle Apex applications to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
• Optimize and tune Oracle databases and Apex applications for performance and scalability.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide on-going support and maintenance of in-house applications using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and Oracle Forms
• Develop PL/SQL database objects, SQL scripts, interfaces, reports and forms using standard tools including Oracle Forms, Report Builder, Oracle Application Framework, BI Publisher
• Responding in a timely manner to any technical or general questions on File Mover
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle databases and Apex applications.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and end-users.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and trends and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency and productivity.
• Document supporting policies, processes and procedures within your areas of responsibilities.
• Perform requirements analysis, development, design, test, and deployment of custom Oracle applications.
• Maintain documentation on all work products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Oracle Developer with expertise in PL/SQL programming.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle Apex development, including building interactive web applications and reports.
• Experience with Oracle Database Administration (DBA) tasks is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) are preferred but not required.
